TalentzXchange (T.Ex)

I led design of offboarding feature for users who wish to delete their account from T.Ex application.

Context

T.Ex is a social app helping artists find their ideal roles and helps recruiters connect with the perfect talent. T.Ex allows recruiters like Producers, Directors, Casting Agencies or anyone eager to collaborate with artists to post a job and also enables artists to showcase their talent to get hired, saving time and making the auditioning process a breeze like.

The Challenge

To create a seamless offboarding experience for users who intend to discontinue their association with the application ensuring all the business needs are met leaving a positive last impression on the users.
